Wild Oregano (Herb & Oil)
Regular price €7,00
This wild reddish Oregano was hand picked in a magical valley, dwelled mainly by butterflies at day time, and fireflies by night.
Right by the river of "Gole del Raganello" (Natural reserve), at about 900mtrs above sea level, in the Mountain "Pollino" (National Park), Calabria.
The drawing you see is the picture is an attempt to give you an idea of this wild experience. Its smell and taste will give it justice more than any word or description.
How to use it: well, oregano is officially married to fresh tomatoes and olive oil, but you can add it to any dish really, especially if you are cooking up something Italian.
The Oregano Oil is made by infusing their extra virgin olive oil with the same wild oregano, which can also be used for cooking or dressing a salad.
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: Keep in a dry & dark place in your kitchen.
