Vegetarian Mushroom Sausage Rolls made with a filling full of flavour: miso, dijon mustard, rosemary & sage. The rolls are covered in a homemade rough-puff pastry that’s perfectly flaky whilst melting in your mouth (we are not exaggerating). The mushroom rolls are covered with fennel seeds & topped with some sea salt.
