Homemade on Gozo with fresh local ingredients, including mushrooms grown in Kercem and local ricotta cheese. They have then been frozen immediately to preserve their freshness.

Ingredients: wheat flour, mushrooms, eggs, ricotta cheese, butter, garlic, thyme, parsley olive oil, salt & pepper.

How to cook: cook in boiling water for 8-10 mins (or less if you like al dente), then serve with your favourite sauce.

Format/size: you can order by the dozen, and they come frozen in a recycled bag.

Storage/Best Before Guidelines: store in the freezer and consume before September 2022.
