Sweet Potato, Mushroom & Spring Garlic Soup
Ingredients: spring garlic, onion, sweet potato, white portobello & porcini mushrooms, red split lentils, thyme, white wine, magic spice, veg stock, salt & pepper.
How to serve: bring to the boil and serve with some warm sourdough bread.
Vegan & gluten free
Format/size: a recycled glass bottle containing 720ml of Soup ~ approx.. 2 portions.
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: keep in the fridge & consume within 2 weeks.
