Raw Raspberry Rosewater Cake (*)
For this cake we’ve made a zesty & nutty base and paired it with a creamy raspberry rosewater top. This top has different flavours: a subtle taste of rosewater with the freshness of raspberries. This cake is decorated with dried rose-petals.

Kept in the freezer they will last for 30 days. Before you eat them, make sure to leave them to defrost for 15-30 minutes to reach the perfect consistency. You can also defrost in the fridge for a few hours. As the heat of summer approaches, the cakes will defrost a lot quicker!
