Ravioli with ricotta and spinach

Our ravioli are made mostly with fresh local ingredients, with gozitan ricotta and spinach.

Ideally, the best sauces to serve our ravioli ranges from the simplest butter and sage or gorgonzola cheese, and if you feel fancy you could try them with boiled pears puree and pecorino cheese. 


Ingredients: semola flour, eggs, ricotta, spinach, parmigiano, sea salt, nutmeg.

Size portion: 250gr


Keep refrigerate and consume within a couple of days. Cook in salted boiling water between 3 to 5 minutes, or according to taste.
