Pickled Baby Onions
Local baby onions pickled in a classic brine with black peppercorns and mustard seeds. Very moreish indeed.
Other ingredients: white wine vinegar, water & salt
How to use: Traditionally used in sandwiches but the best on tacos or even a topping a nice hearty salad. Our house brine makes it sour but also gives it that sweet flavour to even it out!!
Vegan & gluten free.
Format/size: a 580ml glass jar
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: refrigerate after opening, and consume within 1 year.
