Beverley's Carrot Cake
Beverley's Carrot Cake is famous in the neighbourhood where she lives in southern Spain. She has been making it for years, for family, friends, students & work colleagues. Everyone goes crazy for it!
It took us a while to develop a dairy free version, but we have finally nailed it!
Moist & zesty carrot cake with cashew & cacao butter frosting topped with crushed walnuts & pecans.
Vegan & Gluten Free.
To give you an idea of size, it weighs just under 1/2kg and is 15cmx5cm.
Keep in the fridge and eat within 5-7 days.
