Smoked BBQ Sauce
Sticky hickory smoked figs meet chocolatey Ancho peppers cooked with a couple pints of stout beer, balsamic vinegar and spices for a sweet, smoky and tangy addictive combo. This is a seasonal sauce, so only a limited number of jars are available.
Ingredients: figs, ancho peppers, sugar, stout beer, balsamic & apple cider vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce(wheat), onions, garlic, miso, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, xanthan gum.
How to use: perfect as a marinade, rub or dipping sauce.
Size/Format: a glass jar containing 212ml of sauce
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 months.
