Coconut Kefir (*)
Kefir is a fermented beverage traditionally made with milk. It's full of beneficial bacteria that are known to boost the immune system, heal the gut and reduce digestive issues.
In our case we use coconut milk to make the kefir. It can be consumed as it comes, or you can add to your smoothie or granola. We tend to make fruity milkshakes or smoothie bowls with it.
The kefir we sell is 100% coconut milk, although our kefir grains do rest in local sheep milk in-between every 2 batches of coconut milk. This way they thrive long term :)
The jars contain 500ml of coconut kefir. Keep in the fridge and consume with 1 month.
Note that the longer you keep in the fridge, the thicker the kefir will get. If you prefer a thicker kefir, then we suggest you go for the kefir yoghurt rather than the milk.
This product comes in a recycled jar, and we encourage you to keep the cycle going by returning the jar clean on your next delivery. Thank you :)
