Coconut Milk Kefir
Kefir is a fermented beverage traditionally made with milk, and full of naturally occurring probiotics. In our case we use plant-based milks to make our kefir: 75% coconut milk and 25% rice milk.
How to use: It can be consumed as it comes, or you can add to your smoothie or granola for breakfast. Kefir can also be served with savoury dishes, especially spicy ones such as an Indian curry.
Vegan, gluten free & keto friendly.
Format/size: comes in a recycled jar containing 400g of coconut kefir.
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: Keep in the fridge and consume with 1 month.
Notes: the longer you keep in the fridge, the thicker the kefir will get. Kefir also naturally separates in the fridge so mix well before using - you can also use a stick blender once it thickens to make it creamy.
If you prefer a thicker kefir from the start, then we suggest you go for the kefir yoghurt rather than the milk.
Allergens: traces of dairy/lactose
