This seasonal kraut is made up of white cabbage, pumpkin, ginger, onion, fresh cilantro & parsley.
Fermented over a week, we check on it daily and nurture it as needed. Thanks to this fermentation, our Autumnkraut is packed with naturally occurring probiotics. They are said to contribute to our gut flora, just like a good compost contributes to the soil. It is all about the terrain, as this will determine what grows.
