This is a family blend of 15 spices that has traveled across generations; from India to South Africa, and then to Malta and Gozo.
A rich, fragrant, and spicy blend - named after my late aunty Shanti who gave the recipe to me before passing away. Excellent for all meat and poultry, and also for all vegetables that you want to cook in a red curry sauce.
Add coconut milk or cream to your sauce as a variation, and to tone down the spiciness, if you wish.
