Artisanal Pies (ready-to-bake)
Handmade on Gozo with fresh local ingredients, including mushrooms grown in Kercem and local ricotta cheese & ġbejna. They have then been frozen immediately to preserve their freshness.
Ingredients(Ricotta & Spinach): ricotta cheese, spinach, eggs, parsley, wheat flour, vegetable margarine, salt, poppy seeds, black pepper. Allergens.
Ingredients(Gozo Cheeselets & Broad Beans): fresh unpasteurized ġbejna sheep cheese, broad beans, eggs, parsley, wheat flour, vegetable margarine, salt, sesame seeds, black pepper. Allergens.
Ingredients(Chicken & Mushroom): local chicken, mushrooms, leeks, onions, tarragon, mustard, eggs, wheat flour, vegetable margarine, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Allergens.
How to cook: preheat the oven and bake from frozen at 180C for 45mins. IMPORTANT: Do Not Defrost before baking!
Format/size: the vegetarian pies are approx. 300g and the chicken pies are 425g. They come wrapped in paper.
Storage/Best Before Guidelines: store in the freezer and consume before December 2022.
