Our Raw Lavender Cacao Cake has a nutty cacao base with main ingredients almonds, dates & raw cacao. The filling contains dried lavender & some blueberries to give it a bright purple color. Lavender is antiseptic and is widely used for it's calming effects.
With the Raw Apricot Pistachio Cake we've paired a salty pistachio base with a fruity apricot & guarana top. Guarana is fruit from the Amazon that increases energy levels & promotes a positive mood.
Our Raw Hibiscus Beetroot-Orange Cake has a smooth hibiscus beetroot-orange top with a bottom of walnuts & cardamon. Hibiscus is a great source of antioxidants and goes really well together with the beetroot & orange flavours.
Kept in the freezer our cakes will last for about 30 days. Before you eat them, make sure to leave them to defrost for about 5-15 minutes, depending on preferred consistency. It is also possible to defrost the cakes in the fridge for a few hours.
